What about the light on Argus? Is it blue or red after you went to next? Please refer to the instruction below to troubleshoothttps://reolink.com/faq/wifi-connection-failed-configured-battery-camera/
If you need to shut off your Argus camera, click the “PIR” on/off icon so to turn off PIR. This way, the camera will be put into sleep mode and won’t react to triggers. For notification, please enable "PUSH" in Device Settings. Then you'll receive a message notification in Reolink App each time when there is motion detection.
Sorry for the delay! I've being busy on other business stuff these days so that I didn't check forum in time. I have registered your case. Please wait one more day to see whether you get the notification. Or please check it next Monday because our senior engineers don't work on weekend. Thank you very much for your understanding!
I'm sorry to tell you that our app now doesn't support that feature. I have already feedback this to our D&R. We'll see whether they'll add this feature to out App and Client~
:)
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused! I'll forward your valuable suggestion to related department. We really appreciate that!
Thank you very much for your recommendation and appreciation! We really appreciate your support for your camera:)
As displayed below, our Argus can only work with our Reolink app and Client. Sorry for the inconvenience caused!Access to Camera Smart Phone: iOS, Android Computer: Windows, Mac
Sorry that we haven't done tests on embedding camera streaming on public websites, or integration into other smart home softwares (e.g. IFTTT). I'm afraid that the support we can provide regarding this issue is limited. Neither can we provide any perspective on code writing, debugging, integration, etc.Thank you very much for your understanding!
Yes. I mean live view and motion detection in daytime. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience all the time!
It's not supported to use Argus with Synology NAS station. That's because Synology NAS station has no battery management opted for battery-powered Argus cameras, which will drain out batteries quickly.
Please go to Device Settings->Record Settings on your Reolink app to adjust the recording length. If you can not see Record Settings this option there, then the firmware version of your camera is not the latest one. Just to double confirm, the model number of your camera is Argus or Argus 2? Please offer me the UID of your camera. Then we'll push you the latest firmware notification to your app. Please upgrade it and then change the recording length. Please refer to the instruction below to find the UID of your device.Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation!https://reolink.com/faq/how-to-find-uid/
We really appreciate your valuable feedback. The suggestions will be forwarded to our related team to assess and consider. Again, Reolink teams take your feedback very seriously. All the blessings~
In that case, it's highly possible that the firmware version of your camera is not the latest. Just to double confirm, the model number of your camera is Argus or Argus 2? Please tell me the UID of your camera. Then we'll push the latest firmware notification to your camera. Please go to Device Settings->Firmware Upgrade to update it to see whether you can find the Record Settings after that. Please refer to the link below to find the UID of your camera.https://reolink.com/faq/how-to-find-uid/
You are welcome! Thank you very much for your understanding:)
We can change the recording time for motion detection into 30 seconds which is the longest. It's designed in this way and we can not make it any longer for motion detection. Please go to Device Settings->Storage->Record Settings->Record Extension. Please change it there. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused!
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused! I'm really sorry to tell you that the built-in SD card can only store the videos for motion detection.not 24/7 recording. If you have a NVR, then the recordings for 24/7 can be stored into the HDD of our NVR. However, if you use our Reolink Client to configure 24/7 recording in local settings, the recordings will be saved locally into the Disc of your PC, not the SD card. You can find the path for the constant recording in local settings on the right top corner of the Reolink Client. SD card will be full very quick if the 24/7 recordings can stored into it. Thank you very much for your understanding! And we apologize again for all of the trouble caused!
Reolink Argus 2 will last 16 hours in day mode (or 9 hours with LEDs on at night, equivalent). Please kindly note that when batteries are used repeatedly, they lose capacity as the number of charge cycles increases, until they are eventually considered to have reached the end of their useful life. So the battery life of Argus 2 will decrease as the number of charge cycles increases, which is normal for all lithium batteries, just like the one in your smartphone.
I'm really sorry to tell you that I don't have the information, that's why I suggested you to contact our technical support. Thank you very much for your understanding!
