Can you please fix the 1:1 ratio issue. It is horrible. How did this ever get past any validation / regression testing? Someone signed off on this and said it was ok? 🫤
@reolink-fiona The new live view ratio is terrible. Please put it back to how it was.
@reolink-fiona Yes, the 1:1 ratio is horrible. As @mmtozel_445784554274974 says, the image does not fill the screen anymore. Why did they do this? Please put it back to how it used to be.
As others have mentioned. The 1:1 default ratio with the latest app version is horrible. Who at Reolink thought this was a good idea? What purpose does it serve. It makes your live stream look like it's from the 90's. I was going to get additional cameras from you but not until you correct this huge mistake.
@joseph_1979 Unfortunately my phone is company owned and I cannot install apk's / apps outside of the Play Store.
I do not see the update in Play Store. I am in the US. When will it be available?
I like the change to 1:1 but I do think there should be an option to enable stretch mode like on the PC client.I also use the dark mode background and white is too bright around the video.the current zoom works well for me but would be great for a double tap to zoom to that part of the image.
Can you tell us why you like the 1:1 ratio? What purpose does it serve?
@rob_631717169750022 I would leave it BUT I would add the stretch as an option.
Ok, yes. That would work too.
Modified live view window ratio to 1:1 is horrible. I have an Android Samsung S22 and the live view used to fill the screen and now it does not. Please put it back to the way it used to be!!
