Ci Pro update failure

Going from firmware version v2.0.0.889_17080809 to latest on website https://home-cdn.reolink.us/files/firmware/889_1708/C1_889_17083000.zip and update fails with error message: Failed to recognize the format.Device is rebooting! I tried changing the file name to reolink.pak and it still fails.
