@roy_53005674945 The subscribe link is normal now. Can you check? The battery version will be available to release in November.
The link in post #1 just ends up taking me to: https://reolink.com/us/product/reolink-trackmix-poe/?utm_source=Community&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=trackmix and I don't see an email subscribe on the page anywhere... Ok, I found it. I had to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and select the battery\solar version and that took me to that version's page (https://reolink.com/us/product/reolink-trackmix/) and when I clicked the "Add To Cart" button, the "Notify" button showed up.
When will subscribe link be fixed?Any update on available date - specifically the Battery\Solar version?
Hi Roy,The status LED can be turned off through the firmware upgrade. You can go to the Download Center to upgrade the latest firmware for your devices. Then you can control the status LED of your cameras via Reolink software.
Thanks Carl. I found the setting in the Reolink Client (win) for my C2 Pro, however, my C1 Pro (IPC_3816M) does NOT have the setting. Wondering if this may be because of older HW version...?
Can you list out all the valid commands for Google Home that work with the cameras? Specifically, after streaming a camera to chromecast, how do you STOP the stream?
Yes, PLEASE add option to turn off Status LED on C1 Pro & C2 Pro!
I also tried changing the file name to "firmware.pak" but the upgrade still fails. This tells me it's a problem with the firmware package itself.

The Update still fails.I think you need to recompile your package - I'm betting it is corrupted. Also, it's not a good idea to use "." as part of the file name - the period should denote the extension only - not used as part of the name.So from this: IPC_36S16MHSM.889_17083000.C1.ov2710.2MP.WIFI.PTZ.D2.REOLINK.pakTo this: IPC_36S16MHSM_889_17083000_C1_ov2710_2MP_WIFI_PTZ_D2_REOLINK.pakEDIT - And since this firmware is specific to the C1, there really isn't a reason to include all the extra name info in the filename... We already know it's a WiFi PTZ Reolink camera, right?Better name: IPC_36S16MHSM_889_17083000_C1_ov2710.pakAlso, using such a long name can be problematic if the full path exceeds the maximum number of characters allowed by Windows... start.jpgfail.jpg
Roy,Please unzip the downloaded file and use the .pak file included in it for the upgrade.
I tried that multiple times also. i ALSO tried renaming the file, but it still fails.C1Pro is attached to WiFi and the laptop with the .pak file is also attached to WiFi (same network)
Going from firmware version v2.0.0.889_17080809 to latest on website https://home-cdn.reolink.us/files/firmware/889_1708/C1_889_17083000.zipand update fails with error message:Failed to recognize the format.Device is rebooting!I tried changing the file name to reolink.pak and it still fails.
