@user_678736611209466_678736611209466 I did reset one cam when updating and left one as is. Both work fine now but a few settings got reset to default (can't recall which ones).
Just tried v3.0.0.3748_2408152331 (Aug 15, 2024 version) and the washout issue seems to be resolved for me.
@mikemcsw_757101218033906 I use a shield and the app tinycam pro and my cams work great. Couldn't use a Chromecast as tinycam is not available.
@reolink-daisy not sure what you mean. I used the app to make the changes mentioned above. Since I reverted back to the previous firmware, my image is back to normal.
I accidentally fixed my washed out image by going into display-->brightness and shadows--> turning all options off and back on again. Rebooted and it stayed fixed, but as soon as it changed from daytime colour to night time colour the washout came back. Fixed it again by turning off default brightness and shadows-- for nighttime colour. But it won't stay fixed on the new firmware.I even selected reset settings when I installed the new firmware. I was able to fix my image issues by rolling back to the previous version.I have reported my finding to support.
