Just to throw this out there. It might be the embedded Linux. Not all mouses will work. After some research I have found 4 that are listed for DVR / NVR.Logitech M185, Logitech M310, (which I have, works front and rear)Logitech M325,Logitech M510.Also try to plug in the receiver then reboot NVR.
One of my Logitech mice, the one that uses the Logitech Unifying receiver does NOT work. However, my Logitech which DOESN'T use the Unifying receiver DOES work
So now I'm curious if it is the other paired devices causing this on the unifying receiver. What if you un-paired everything else on the unifying receiver, would it then work. (I don't have one to try this.)
Yes received mine yesterday, works both front and rear ports.
Interesting. I just tried the logitech I have used on my computer I think for at least 5 years. It works flawlessly on both front and rear usb ports. This is my actual mouse...https://www.ebay.com/itm/Logitech-M310-Wireless-Mouse-for-PC-Mac/303541845339?var=602762556197&hash=item46ac80fd5b:g:u70AAOSw9Etel~JW:sc:USPSFirstClass!67301!US!-1
Holy crap it worked! This $15 wireless mouse from amazon works with my RLK16-410, and is even available on amazon prime One-Day delivery!https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Bluetooth-Compatible-Android-Windows/dp/B07VJHQ4N2One weird thing that I noticed though is that the wireless mouse doesn't work on the USB port in the back of the NVR. It only works on the USB port in the front. My wired mouse works just fine on the back port, just not the wireless one.
Thanks for finding one that works. I have the RLK16-410 also. Just ordered from amazon, will be here friday.
Thanks for the pointer on the timeline! The fast forward button works on mine even when the channel is dragged into the window.
Are you on a pc or a mac? I'm on pc. I have uninstalled, cleaned reg and reinstalled client. I still lose the FF button when I drag a channel over to playback. And a Reverse button would be nice to have. Also the popup to expand the timeline/download takes up a ton of real estate, especially if scrubbing thru 4 channels. This would be nice to have docked at the bottom or elsewhere.
You expand the timeline by clicking the timeline button on right side of timeline, then use your scroll wheel on your mouse to expand it. Like I previously said, once channel is dragged into the playback, there is no fast forward button. There is a button before it is dragged over.I did figure out you have to drag the channel out of playback, simply going back to live view does not remove it.
Once a channel is dragged into the playback, there is no fast forward or reverse. Also how do you remove a channel from playback, the only way I can tell is to close the client. We also need option to set and save the default speed for the PTZ cameras. 32 is to fast. This is a great improvement over the old client. Thanks.
The issue is downloading, as your .jpg does not function for windows users. Upload it and paste the dl link.I have never used a mac, curious to see if a conversion keeps functionality.
I'm curios to see this spreadsheet, I have 16 cameras filling up my drives!
First, convert it, for those of us that use excel. -> https://cloudconvert.com/numbers-to-xls Second, upload it, -> https://gofile.io/?t=uploadFilesThird, share download link -> https://gofile.io/?c=ikR6ii
I have had limited luck on this but have managed to get it to work with other software via rtsp. What software in particular?
Sorry, my first post wont help you, had to look again at the colors since they are wrong for cat. Just pick apart the the end of the cable and see how the jack is punched. Then buy a new rj45 jack and wire it the same.
Hope this helpsc2a382024b0aea5b45357f65aebd27ce.jpg
Why dont the port numbers coincide with the channel numbers. I have my cameras plugged in to the port that goes with the channel i have them set to, and cameras numbered as such also. But on the NVR IP channel display it has them in random order. How to fix this? Also can someone please clean up the SPAM all over this forum.
Is it possible to save the speed on client software? Default is to fast for me so I change slider to slower speed, would be nice to save the speed at which I like it.
I accidently installed firmware for my rlc423's to a rlc410, now I cannot get my camera to display properly nor can I install the proper firmware for it.
Blurry image on left edge and top. Sent in support ticket over a week ago. No reply yet. 1 camera the image is fine, the 2nd one is not.
Why is there no fast forward button on the reolink desktop client? I can fast forward on the NVR, buts its easier to use the desktop. So where are the buttons? I dont want to have to watch everything on playback, just FF to the incident I am looking for.
