I have my E1 camera sending video files to Reolink cloud and to a local FTP server. I have a list of files on the cloud and a list on the FTP server. The problem is the cloud files don't show the file names. Is there a way to see the file names on the cloud? This way I can see if they are the same as the files on the FTP server. I want to be able to see the clips on the cloud and then find that same clip on the FTP server. I can't find a way to see which FTP file corresponds to the cloud file.
@reolink-fiona The factory version of the firmware was the most recent, but I did a firmware update anyway and that seems to have fixed it. Thanks.
New E1 Zoom install. I get this error message when I try to connect my E1 Zoom to a FTP server on the same LAN. I want to write the videos there. I can access that FTP Server from computers on the same LAN. I've read all the instructions I can find and watched lots of videos. I can't find anything that might cause this error. I've tried using the Reolink client on a Windows 10 PC, a Mac, and an iPhone. Always the same error message. I've run out of ideas, except maybe I have to have an SD card inserted to make this work. Any suggestions?
