@kimchigun thanks,I fixed the issue by removing the NVR from my phone and reinstalling it by using the QR code from the NVR on my monitor . bingo instantly we are back to where we were before firmware updates (but with all updates completed) . i can view all cameras on the nvr on network and on data via my phone. i think the firmware update was poor because lots of people have reported problems after updating firmware. however for now, all seems good, thanks for your help.
@westgate fixed after all this time, i didn't actually delete the NVR off of my portable, then reinstalled it via the QR code on the NVR display on my monitor. there was something somewhere that didn't marry up but we got there! thanks for the points. Now i can view All my cameras in Data and when on Wifi in my local network, super pleased to get this ironed out. Thank you.
Hi all, still cant fix this issue, all cams play perfectly on the network around the house on wifi (LAN), even at the end of a media player finer extension . however as soon as i flip to data outside my network they fail to log in.some exisiting cameras still play but any running through the NVR will just not connect. this has all happened since i ungraded my firmware to the new spec and all seemed great but none on data since the upgrade. also cant get NVR to work on reolink client. any ideas on problem fixing?thanks in advance.
hi all, cant get any of my RCL-810 cameras that came with my RLN16-10 (Now upgraded) to play other than through their NVR (afore mentioned) Is this because they couldn't be upgraded of because of their basic settings. can anyone shed light please?(In other words they only are visible through the NVR Output not on external data and network.)

Hi , after upgrading my RLN16-10 (hardware version H3MB18) with both upgrades to firmware version v3.5.1.368_25010327 i lost access to view my cameras using data. I checked that the various settings we're ok but still struggling. I also cant get any cameras to log in on reolink client on my macbook pro or old iMac when they both worked before the upgrade. can anyone help me be sure i have configured my settings correctly re ip addresses. its all very confusing for me. happy to show current IP addresses but not sure how safe that is on here? I have a feeling thats where the problem lies. I have a fixed IP address ( I think) thanks in advance for any help.Ps my level of all this is I installed my own network around the house so I kinda think i know it all but hey i dont?
