@dave_wat_ I have the same problem, since the last but one app version no access to my cameras (all PoE/wired) in remote access via mobile. At home via wifi it works perfectly, with the exception that push cannot be activated in the app. However, I have found a small workaround for myself: With Wireguard, access works while on the go.There are several reviews with the problem in the Playstore, so I don't think the problem is with us.I hope Reolink comes up with an update soon...regards, Elmar
@user_726740213256441_726740213256441 The latest update of the Reolink app has solved my connection problems via mobile data...Thanks for your suggestions...
@reolink-daisy Hello,The app (4.46.0.4.202440605) is not working for me on the Pixel6pro.-I can't get remote access via mobile data ("Connecting"...then "Connection failed").-it works partially via Wifi / Wireguard, but I get no notifications, push cannot be activated, switch goes on briefly, but then jumps back to "off".-The desktop app is also very sluggish, I always have to switch to another camera and back to activate the picture. The reviews in the Playstore show that I'm not alone... Is an update in sight?Btw, when I look at the unmoderated spam here in the forum, I start to doubt whether you (reolink) still take security seriously.regards,Elmar
@kimchigun power doesn't seem to be the problem, the cameras draw just under 8-9 watts each.Wireshark is really very powerful and not exactly intuitive for a noob like me, but I think it has helped me...The Trackmix PoE and the Doorbell PoE had the same IP address New IP assigned and now it seem all is fine.Thank you both for the help.
@joseph_1979 Hi, thank you for the quick reply.I have synology surveillance for the other cameras, but doorbell not activated yet.All cameras are connected to a PoE switch (60W), which is connected to the router.I'll have a look at Wireshark tomorrow.Thank you.
Hi,When I connect the Doorbell PoE to the network, the connection to my other cameras (TrackmixPoe, E1 Outdoor PoE, RLC-842a) is interrupted. The connection to the doorbell is also not stable when I connect it on its own...No improvement directly on the router either.Without the doorbell, the other cameras run stably in High modeFirmware is DB_566128M5MP_P.3215_2401262241Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?Thanks in advance,Regards,Elmar
