@joseph_1979 Thanks.. .that worked. Overall the app, while it LOOKS nicer.. seems less responsive than the older version.

BTW.. how do I change the order of the cameras on the sidebar list? Dragging doesnt see to do anything, but I need to rearrange that list

PTZ on my Trackmix POE is messed up. Can no longer access controls to pan tilt or zoom. Clicking on the PTZ button give me a blank window with no controls

@reolink-fiona I'm very interested in this. Our Homeowners Association (HOA) would like to put up surveillance cameras throughout our community.. we estimate about 18 cameras. How are the feeds uploaded, to where, and how do we review the captures from each camera?

I'm running the latest mac version of the app (8.8.4) and no INFO is available under the cameras. How I check and update firmware?

I'm seeing INFO under the NVR.. and I was able to update the firmware there.. but can see no way to do that for the cameras.
