Reolink App v4.41 Released
Hello! I'm trying to download from Reolink Windows client a video (2h long, from 7:40-10:00 am). I always used "cut" option, it gives me best result. But now when I use cut and then download selected video length, it always freezes at 87% done, and client goes black, unresponsive. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 how do I check firmware for camera? Camera is connected to NVR, and if I go to info tab, I only see NVR firmware. And I don't have Time Laps on windows client as well.
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I don't have Time Laps option on my android app. App version is 220.127.116.11.
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 the brightness settings. Client version is 8.8.2. I got the video back. Not sure how it just started working again! Does this camera support time laps? And if I go under Light settings it says it's unsupported.
Hi! I was tweaking picture settings for night mode in Reolink windows app, when suddently it stopped working. It just says "video loss" but the camera says "connected". What could be the problem? The camera works fine when I switch to NVR and mobile app.

Hi! Sorry for not responding sooner, I didn't get any notifications! I tried everything I never solved the issue. I gave up and just didn't want to keep trying to fix it. So maybe Reolink fixed this with new app version?
@reolink-fiona I update NVR firmware provided by your support. The problem is still the same. Windows client stops at exact same time, and downloading direct from NVR to USB key gives the same MP4 files.
@reolink-fiona my NVR is RLN8-410-E build 1903141, Hardware version H3MB16. Do I download new firmware from your link under RLN8? Is it the right one for my NVR?
@reolink-fiona I submitted tech request as you asked. I also tried downloading same video, same length, from NVR. I got 4 MP4 files. First file is from 7:40 to 8:00, so it's 20 mins long. Second file is from 8:00, but it's only 11 mins long. Third file is from 9:00-10:00 and it's 1h long, and fourth file is from 10:00 and is 3 mins long, which is ok. So I'm missing whole 50 mins from 8:11-9:00. Why is that? Can't I download one file only as a whole?
@reolink-fiona windows client version is 8.7.3. I tried multiple times, and it always gets stuck at 87%.I tried the same thing on NVR, and there I got 4 or 5 mp4 files. Is this normal? Can't I cut only as one mp4 file? Is there something in the settings I missed?
