On Windows 10 the only icons I have are Timeline, Advance frame by frame, Volume and Fulscreen.
I successfully managed to install W10, new Reolink client and add all cameras. On this new client, is there really no pause button on playback? And what does "advanced frame by frame" mean? I clicked it, the video stopped and I don't know how to play it again.
I have RLC-423. The picture settings (under video settings-->brightness/contrast/saturation/hue/sharpness) are all on default. My issue is, during day, when sun is up, the surface is sometimes too shiny (camera is not faced towards the sun), and during night time it's too dark. Anyone knows of a good settings to make it better?
UID's show in the Windows Client. Good idea to record them before swapping PC's.The new Windows Client will scan the network looking for Reolink cameras.Found all of mine, but I was not concerned because I have all the UID's saved in a text file.(would not want to be climbing a ladder to physically reach cameras!)
Good advice, ty, will do this!
I don't remember, do I need to lookup UID number on cameras or will they show in Reolink client?
I'm getting a new pc in next couple of days. On current one, I'm still using Windows 7, and Reolink app is working fine. I just have a question. Can I import settings and cameras to fresh installed Reolink app on windows 10?
So the power cable from microphone needs to be connected with different power source, or can I connect it with power cable on camera as is in this picture? https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008587214-Install-the-Microphone-for-RLC-423?source=search&auth_token=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJhY2NvdW50X2lkIjoxMjM0MzA4LCJ1c2VyX2lkIjozODQ4Njg4ODY1MTQsInRpY2tldF9pZCI6MTc3MzYxLCJjaGFubmVsX2lkIjo2MywidHlwZSI6IlNFQVJDSCIsImV4cCI6MTU3MDA5NTQ2NX0.mc7zhMmgQ-GHhKXUIE4Hwls0_SXY_2JI4JNpieLkN5E
I forgot to say, I only plugged in one cable. Must both of them be connected to camera?
So I finally got my package from Amazon, and today I connected pretty much identical microphone as this one https://www.amazon.com/VideoSecu-Microphone-Surveillance-Monitoring-A90/dp/B00826YIP2?ie=UTF8&dpID=41x1HaeJO9L&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_S with this connector https://www.amazon.com/Pack-Adapter-Connector-Security-System/dp/B0066BGUWO/ref=sr_1_21?s=security-surveillance&ie=UTF8&qid=1470295025&sr=1-21&keywords=rca+male+to+male and to my surprise there's no audio. It's pretty much same as before. Audio is enabled in camera settings. I even tried rebooting camera and it doesn't work.
Thank you!
My username is yoco007my email is yoco007@gmail.comBut I'm pretty sure I was logged in, because I purchased directly from your site.
I'll use this topic to ask about my camera and NVR warranty. Do I have to register both devices to be able to use warranty if something happens in future? I just registered my old Argus 2 that I bought in July. But I can't find order details for the second camera and NVR under my Reolink account under "orders".
Hi! Can you tell me if this microphone will be ok for my camera?https://www.amazon.com/Microphone-Security-Surveillance-Sensitive-Amplified/dp/B0769RYBTBAnd do I need to connect it to my NVR as well or does it only need to connect with camera?
Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please send a video to support@reolink.com? We will check it for you soon. Thanks.
Hi, I sent my video clip to support. Hope to hear soon!
Hi! About a month ago I purchased your camera and NVR. I set it up (PoE), works fine, but today I noticed something. I clipped part of a video this morning, and the audio is terrible. It sounds like "wind" is blowing super fast, you can't hear anything else. Just that wind sound. And when clipped video is stored, it's in 4:3 picture size. Is this suppose to be like this?Hope to hear from support soon!
