  • I am running Reolink Client Software on a computer on a remote site under Windows 10-64 bit. I am accessing the computer using the standard Windows Remote Desktop utility (my remote IP address is fixed). I have two Reolink RLC-423 PTZ cameras. My main problem is that Reolink Client Software crashes

  • I have configured the motion detect option to only select the lower center portion of the screen (see attached). E-mails are being triggered when any motion is detected anywhere on the screen as though I had selected "Full Screen". Any ideas why??? MotionDetect.png

  • I can connect and login to the NVR via my phone, but when I try to view a camera i keep getting OPEN FAILED. I have another user that can login and view the cams with no problem. Both users have full permission .

  • I've configured the motion detection schedule under the alarm section for 24/7 yet I'm not seeing an "alarm" on the playback timeline. I am continuously recording and I'd like to see motion events on the timeline. I can see these if I use the DVR client or Windows client but can't seem to get it wor

  • RLK8-410B4 i have read everything and directions on Reolink website for updating firmware- downloaded firmware to Windows PC- see files that have downloaded (.pac file???). I am very technology challenge. Someone please help with a simple process to help an old guy that doesn't have a clue! Please!

  • I have a Hikvision NVR it works fine with motion on Dahua and Hikvision camera. I see the Reolink camera on the NVR but it doesn't record when set to record on motion. It say the camera doesn't support motion. Is there some setting I'm not configuring?

  • Hello Anyone got an honest opinion even if I've made a mistake in my choice of NVR. The camera works fine on a plugin POE injector using the client and email alerts on the mac and my iphone.
