But for that i currently need to enter one of the cameras, click on the multiple cameras icon, from there i need to pick the cameras and only them am i able to see all the cameras simultaneously.   • Anyone else having a screen cutoff issue with the latest client software version 7.1.2.40? I am running Windows 10 64-bit and the right and bottom side of the client SW is cutoff so I don't have access to the tools and can't even close the program (have to use task manager and end process to close).

  • I'm using the IOS app and I have two cameras, camera A and camera B. Both cameras are RLC-410WS and have the latest update. Camera B is working fine for everything including recording. Camera A is working fine except when I click on "Playback", in the IOS app, I get camera B's playback. Any ideas?

  • I have the 16 channel NVR and currently 5 cameras attached directly to the device. In the client software, the list of cameras is the channel number instead of the camera name. Is there a way to change this? I had some other issues but the latest update to the client seems to have worked them all
