no rlc410w camera haven't any firmware update till now i m also looking for my device but company not make decision till now to give any update i think

Hi @peras20587_470271805305056, you may find the latest firmware for RLC-410W here, https://reolink.com/download-center/. After you enter the Download Center, click on WiFi Security Cameras and scroll down to find RLC-410W camera.
Next, click on Firmware and you will see there are three RLC-410W available.
Click on the three options respectively and find the one with the corresponding hardware version to yours. Scroll down to click Download Firmware. Hope this helps.
