Hello everyone,
I am new in the reocam-club and already have my first issues with my lates black friday "bargain"
I bought a reocam RLC-410W (Hardware: IPC_51316MS19E1W31100000001) in black color from amazon. I mention the color because I could not find any black version on the official website.
I set it up with wired connection first and could also connect to the wifi via the web interface. The problem then still was that once I disconnected the lan connection, the camera was not reachable anymore (did not get an ip adress via dhcp when connected only to the wifi network).
So I thought I will try a firmware update and downloaded the respective version (IPC_51316M). After the update the camera is still not reachable via wifi, wired connection works fine. But now the IR light is broken and does not switch on anymore even on "auto" in complete darkness.
I am about to return that whole thing as I run out of ideas here. Also I cannot revert the firmware version because I could not find the old version on the offical website.
It would be great if anyone has an idea what I could still try.
Thanks a lot!

@reolink-fiona
I habe the complte same phenomenon ! it looks like there is a big problem with the firmware management
of the company Reolink! I bought a new RLC-410W. I did a firmware upgrade right before commissioning.
And what do I have to find out? The "new" firmware that was offered to me for download downgraded the
camera. Before flashing I took a screenshot in the web browser. It can be seen clearly here.
After the "upgrade" the build no. is a smaller one as well as the firmware version number ?!
And that is probably also the reason why the night vision does not work. And that with a new camera.
I am not at all happy with Reolink! Please check what you are offering for download, the firmware
RLC_410W_v300136 crashes all RLC-410Ws!
