A 4K PTZ outdoor camera with a integrated Powerline POE and powersupply would be awfull.

Until now i use a Abus Powerline POE Adapter on one of my 4K camera.
No WLAN and no ethernet network is possible at this place.

Other brands for an indoor example , do a google search

      " SEC-CAMIP40 " or D-Link DCS-6045LKT/E

      have a nice day

@metal-me_488723804848306 Hello there, thank you for sharing your idea with us. However, we don't plan to release any other cameras with a non-integrated powerline. As @Crimp-On_62210811129 says, this is not our niche.

Big thanks for sharing your ideas with us again.

Also, note that this community is for Reolink users to discuss Reolink products and services only. Please remove the pics of the products from other brands. Thank you in advance.

My guess: People will be ice skating in.... (that place) before Reolink releases a camera with PowerLine built in. That's not their 'niche'.

          A substitute would be either:

          • Comtrend PG-9172POE Powerline Ethernet +PoE Adapter ($70US) which bundles Powerline and a PoE injector into one box, or
          • A Powerline adapter plus a PoE injector (these are really cheap).

Power line Ethernet adapters enable IP cameras to connect to a network using standard power plugs and existing power wires. Each of the powerline adapter kits that CCTV Camera Pros supplies includes two adapters. Typically, one adapter is connected to an IP camera (or any other type of network device) and the other adapter is connected to a network router. As long as the two power plugs are on the same circuit breaker, a connection will be made. It is that simple.
