Reolink GO - 30 day storage maximum??

I have 2 x Reolink GO both with 32GB SD Cards in them.

I downloaded the footage only to find they have retained only the last 30 days even though they have ~20GB of unused SD card space!

Why would it not keep footage until the SD cards were full?? I have now lost weeks of footage.

Nowhere on the product page or specs does it detail this woeful limitation.

For the GO of this version, there is a limit of 3000 files storage. When the files amounts are over 3000, it will overwrite the old file. It is a hardware limitation. We suggest that you can just use a 16GB SD card. That will be enough capacity for the daily use.

Is there any way for the camera to notify when it hits this limit? Or do customers just need to randomly guess when to pull the SD card out not to lose footage...

There are several versions of the GO camera. Yours is the previous version and it is not on sale now. And it is a hardware limit so this version can't cancel the limit.
