I purchased the E1 Pro last week having been satisfied with other Reolink cameras in my home setup. I have been disappointed by now with the E1 Pro microphone, the volume picked up by the camera microphone is very low and tinny compared to other similar cameras I have used. I'd this 'normwl' or is my device defective?
Yes Tom, I have looked across several boards and Reolink has repetitively NOT answered the question/issue. I have a feeling they know it's defective and should be recalled and fixed but aren't being honest about it (which is disappointing as I am a big fan of their products and have several versions of their cameras and NVRs).I own several e1 pro and zoom devices and they all seem to have the same issue. Them referring us to volume controls as if we're less than competent is borderline insulting.
