At present, if the RLC-823A is placed in patrol mode it will perform a 360 pan as it moves from one mark to the next. Request an option to set the left and right limit of the panning area. This would allow the patrol function to be limited to a specific region and prevent the camera from panning across the area where it is attached to the wall.

@jerry-king_217223917490410 Hi Jerry, what's your firmware version now? If you upgrade your camera with the latest firmware, the camera will not go 360°. Now it will go with the shortest routine. You can download the firmware here, Download Center – Reolink.

@reolink-fiona I have the same issue with an RLC-823A, the firmware installed is v3.1.0989_22051911_v1.0.0.30. which appears to the be the latest firmware. Any ideas how to resolve this.
