Just wondering if there are any shortcut keys for navigating the live playback in the client?

I tried using the left and right arrows but nothing happens. Is there a simple way to advance it up to the time or frame you're looking for? The phone app has little time tabs that help you get where you're going but the client seems very limited as a video player.

Also, is there a manual that explains all the clients features (hidden or otherwise)?

In the latest Client version, there are thumbnails on the playback page. You can try to click the thumbnail to playback the video. For the Client, you can download it on our download center, Download Center – Reolink.

I would like to be able to use the arrow keys to move forward and backwards like with most media players.

Can you use this function "frame by frame"? When you use it, you can find very little change between frames.

I will also tell our Client team to optimize on the playback functions more.
