I have got this camera at the front of my house.
Since i have changed the firmware the detection and sensitivity is awful.
I have already changed the setting many times.

Is there somebody else who got this camera?

I am curious about other experiences.

@faasio82_480971996033257 wait for next firmware update. They really need to improve in testing both hw and sw before launching the product to the public. I has the sane issues with RLC511WA but now after teo firmware updates miat issues have been fixed. You need to wait for 3 to 6 months....

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 : Well i hope new firmware will be there sooner. The camera is now almost useless no matter what settings i use.

When i download the firmware for this camera in the Download Center is it version v3.1.0.764_21011510_v1.0.0.30.

But when i download the file the description says it is version
v3.1.0.804_2201150_v1.0.0.30

How is that possible?
I would love to recieve the 764 download , I think that is the original firmware for this camera
and I had no problems with that version.

Altough i got another firmware version the WA tracking and motion detection is awful.

Doesn't matter how the settings are.
A car is not a car and everything else is a car.
Doesn't sound very logical to me.

I paid a lot of money for this camera, but i am not happy with it.

Must say the Reolink contact service is very helpfull, but no good solution for this camera.

Edit: And out of nowhere the SD card is not avalaible anymore!
I didn't do anything and all of sudden no SD card to be seen.
More and more problems with this camera.

@reolink-fiona : i have version v3.1.0.764. This version worked ok before, but not anymore.

And I don't mean the tracking by following a car or person, but just the normal detection of a person or a car.
I don't use the follow option.
