I am trying to troubleshoot an issue with a Reolink Go Plus 4G camera that I just purchased. I am able to setup, connect to 4G and everything works perfectly. However, after an overnight, the next morning the camera will not connect and will not communicate again. The battery charge is >80%, SIM card still active + plenty of data and full 4G coverage. I have taken the battery out of the camera, reinserted and everything is back to normal on the camera again....until the next night the same thing happens again. The camera is at a remote location, so I have to travel back to the site which isn't ideal. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
I have the exact same issue like you described with my ReoLink GO Plus Camera.Overnight the camera stops working and I need to remove the battery the next morning, reinsert it and it works again!My 4G mobile provider is MINT which is recommended by Reolink in the USA.
