Pet detection not working

Since updating my NVR and setting up pet detection I've had no success, Pets are not identified as pets - just as normal motion - I've tried putting pet sensitivity at 100 but it's not working

I have 4 810A and a 832A with a rln8-410 (N2MB02) all on latest firmware and they detect people and vehicles fine.

You can send the pet video which is detected as the normal motion to our support team and our tech will optimize the detection based on these videos. Thank you so much!
