@big_ted I setup our cameras with external infrared powered by the cameras, just use poe splitters, that splits the power and the data, the data plugs into the camera as normal then you split the dc cable and power the camera and light.

@bill-doria seriously this thing reolink have where features aren't available if you are using an nvr is a joke.

@rambo_gorilaz_416613421928616 after going back and forth and troubleshooting all the settings and going through all their suggestions - even granting their engineers remote access to my nvr.. it turns out.. the app and client don't even support pet detection at all... you can see the pet icon when a pet appears but it doesn't get logged.. what was the point in releasing the feature in this state?

Since updating my NVR and setting up pet detection I've had no success, Pets are not identified as pets - just as normal motion - I've tried putting pet sensitivity at 100 but it's not working

I have 4 810A and a 832A with a rln8-410 (N2MB02) all on latest firmware and they detect people and vehicles fine.

Smart detection keeps setting itself to zero..

I set it to 30 for example then notice the next day it's reset itself to zero, person vehicle or pet..

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 no offense but I literally included a photo of it not being there, you telling me it should be there is zero help.

My cameras and nvr are on the latest firmware, the client is 8.7.3. I get the same if I access it through the web or app.
