      I plan on buying 3x Duo 2 PoE, 1x TrackMix PoE PTZ and 1x RLC-823A 16X PTZ.
I was looking at buying the RLN8-410 NVR which I think should accommodate the above set of Reolink security cameras.

I have read that each Duo will take up 2 channels. I am not sure if that is the case with the TrackMix PoE PTZ camera. Could someone please confirm?

Also, the Duo 2 will not record at 8MP unless the RLN36 NVR hardware is used. Does anyone know why this restriction has been added by Reolink?

It does look like I need to buy the RLN36. However, it doesn't support PoE or PoE+.
Could someone please recommend a decent Reolink compatible PoE and/or PoE+ (for future proofing) switch that I should consider buying?

Hi there, Duo 2 will only occupy 1 channel. The first generation Duo occupies two channels. TrackMix uses one channel.

We will also have the new 8-channel and 16-channel NVR soon.

@reolink-fiona I have to ask, how soon is "soon"; is there any pre release information?

@reolink-fiona Hello! I am planning to buy a new camera system with many Duo 2, and with your NVR. You said the new versions from the NVRs in on the way... When will you release these new NVRs? I dont want to waste money for old NVR+POE switches... Waiting for your answer! Thank you!
