    RLC-823a PTZ not working

      Hi there,

      I recently bought three RLC-823a cameras. One of them (a) with the firmware v3.1.0.956_22041511_v1.0.0.30, one (b) with the firmware v3.1.0.989_22051911_v1.0.0.30 and the other one is still shipping to me.

      The one with the newer firmware have no problems and working really fine.
      But I have some issues with the one with the older firmware. I don't get the camera to tilt, pan or zoom. I crule out any mechanical problem as the camera is moving fine each time the camera restart.

      I need please some support.

          @feriengut-neuhof_610107439104114 According to their website they are showing the last stable firmware as v.3.1.0.956. So the other one is still not yet officially available but you can email Reolink support and asked them for the new firmware. It's easy to upgrade through the Windows Client. If after upgrading you still have the issue then ask for replacement. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/
