Unable to download timelapse on RLC-822A

I've been recording a summer timelapse on my rooftop mounted RLC-822A since last May. September is here and the timelapse is finally complete, but when I access the camera through the Android app version 4.31.0.4 to download the 1:42 length and 1.25GB file, the caching process always gets stuck at 63%.

I've tried closing the app, I've tried rebooting the phone and I've tried also powering off then on again the camera, but the result is always the same: stuck at 63%

Some partial videos get downloaded to the temporary cache folder in Android/data/com.mcu.reolink/cache/time_lapse_video path, but it's impossible to finish the download.

@javi-azuaga-reolink_474658219917517 Can you try to download the timelapse on the PC Client? You can upgrade the PC Client v8.8.1 in our download center, Download Center – Reolink.

@reolink-fiona Unfortunately I don't have access to any Windows or Mac computers.

Since your suggestion is trying a different client to download the files, should I understand there's a bug or limitation in the Android app that is preventing the download?

Hi, I haven't had any update from the CS team yet with regards to this issue and the timelapse keeps getting stuck when I try to download it to the phone.
