Hi, Reolink RLC-410W and RLC-510WA (at least), running newest firmware.

If you use FTP with picture and video. The filename jpeg and mp4 "pair" is different, which is annoying when trying to find exact picture and video "alarm triggered" pair. Specially when building some own backend server stuff for it.

      Eg. Should be like this
      MyCamera_01_20220130082439.mp4
      MyCamera_01_20220130082439.jpeg

      But, can be this
      MyCamera_01_20220130082438.mp4
      or...
      MyCamera_01_20220130082440.mp4

Please fix... horroble code in my server to handle this.

@jani-engstrom_372177680855185 Thank you for your feedback on the FTP file. I will transfer your request to the R&D team to seek for possibilities.

I have the same issue on RLC-420 running the latest firmware. This is really annoying and I am just lucky I didn't upgrade all my cameras. Is there a way to downgrade to a previous firmware?

@user_628050515652612_628050515652612 You need to email Reolink support and they will provide you either with your original firmware or perhaps a fix in a new firmware.

This is so strange. Sometimes the file names match exactly and sometimes they do not!
All this time, I have been looking only at the motion files and never noticed that the MP4 and jpeg do not always match.
