Send curl command

It seems like it will take some time to get webhook/mqtt working.

Another option that would give similar/more flexibility would be if we could send a curl command. Then we could use pushover, telegram etc for push notifications and send requests to different api:s.

I guess reolink firmware is based on some kind of unix so I guess it wouldnt be so hard to implement.

It would then be great if we could send a snapshot and some ai info.

@jonas_3602 We have released some beta firmware version with webhook for PoE/WiFi cameras with an A in their names, such as 510A, 810A, and 523WA.
