E1 POE adapter?

Hello everyone. I am interested in getting the E1 cameras for the inside of my business, but running power to them is rough. I can run POE to them and use the ethernet connection, however they won't work with POE. Are there any reverse adapters that I could use to convert the ethernet POE to a plug that could power the E1 cameras?

@steven-dennis_466125782364360 You need a poe splitter which works with IEEE 802.3af (I dont think yours POE is 802.3at) POE to provide 5V power with up to 10 Watts peak power.

The Reolink E1 power supply is DC5.0v/1amp. (which sounds very much like a typical USB power supply).
Power over Ethernet (PoE) is more than 40v (search for wiki power over ethernet).
I would look for an Ethernet extension cable (or a different product).
