My most recent RLC-811A order arrived with firmware v3.1.0.1643_22122308 installed.

Where can I download this firmware to update my older RLC-811A cameras?

What changes were made since the most recent public firmware v3.1.0.989_22051908?

Why is this information not yet available on the Reolink website?

@lobotomist Email Reolink support quoting your hw and sw version. Should answer within 24 hours. Ask for description of the features added or enhanced.

They shall attach you the most recent stable firmware. Should be a pak file.

I have passed this feedback onto support also.
I have firmware v3.1.0.1162_22072808 for this camera and changes to this over v3.1.0.989 was improvements to the
camera streaming. Will pass on any reponse I get re the newer version.

Just an update, the firmware is same as v3.1.0.989
Reolink are now shipping new products with latest version for a batch update, although no changes were made.

@lobotomist Just a suggestion. Every say 3 months email Reolink support to check if there was any firmware update citing your hw and fw of your cameras. Sometimes the download center is not updated.

@lobotomist Hi, I just got the RLC-811A there yesterday and the firmware on it according to the NVR info page is v3.1.0.2144_23042803 - I don't really understand why the version is WAY higher than only version available on this support site.

@gaven_507857660539110 Sometimes the firmware of old cameras are not updated in the Download Center. It is recommended to check with Reolink support. Submit your request at https://support.reolink.com/requests/
