I have just rechecked for latest RLC-811a firmware and noticed that a june update has just been added. Previously was V3.1.0.956 and has no just changed to V3.1.0.989
but i had checked a few or 2 ago and this was not here. Unsure on what changes have been made but thought unusual that an update was made available months after release?Reply QuoteShare0- Share this Post

@big_ted
What's New
1. Updated the Web Client
2. The device name for the camera is not allowed to set to blank
3. Support setting time when the camera is connected by ONVIF (including time, time zone; DST setting is not supported) -
@big_ted They need to change their strategy and adopts what their competitors adopt. If not implemented on cam then it should be done on the application side. And addition to the upgrade notification there should be a brief description of what has been solved/added/improved or removed. Yesterday I saw this approach on TAPO.
