              @jemiester_436496845766907 Thanks for the info. We are sorry that we no long offer troubleshooting for previous version.

              You may update the iOS app to the latest version 4.39 (find it in app store) and see if it the issue remains. Hope this helps.

                    @reolink-lorenz I updated to this version but still not able to see all my devices on iPad. Only see one.

                      Have you tried re-adding the missing camera UID?
                      It may simply needs to be added again?

                        @jemiester_436496845766907 As @big_ted suggested, you may try to re-add the missing cameras with their UIDs to the app again.
