Hello, I have 2 RLC-411WS cameras and im trying to use your desktop client to view them. question when clicking on the play button i cannot select the clear mode its grayed out , only balanced fluent and auto are selectable. am i missing something? i want to view the cameras at the highest quality possible and i am guessing clear is that which i cannot select. 2nd issue, Under Basic settings, Encode , Frames - the max is 25 and i know my cameras are 30fps so why no option for 30 fps ? 3rd issue , you guys have many different viewing modes like for 1 camera at a time or 4 or more but what about 2 ? can we get a nice split screen for viewing only 2 cameras ? 4th which i think you guys are already aware of, when the computer screens turn off due to computer not being used your software crashes on computer wake.
Hi,To help on (1) issue, you need to provide us the firmware version and the desktop client you were seeing this problem. To answer (2) issue, if you have selected PAL, then you only get 25fps. NTSC is using 30fps.To partially answer (3), yes, there is such options to view multiple cameras at once. But maybe Bob will provide you the guides on where to look for that later To answer (4), again, tell us what Operating System version (e.g. Windows 7 32-bit?, Windows 8 64-bit? etc) you are seeing this issue with?
1. Software version 7.2.2.12 (see screenshot)2. video standard on both cameras is NTSC (see screenshot)3. I know where the different modes are for viewing my opinion is to add a mode to view 2 cams at full screen. (see screenshot)4. Windows 10 64 bitvideostandard.pngsoftwareversion.png2camview.png25fpsMax.png
1. Only when you preview the camera full-screen (one at a time) will you have "clear" option. If you are in split view, no "clear" option as there won't be multiple cameras in clear mode at the same time. Imagine you are watching two/more 1440P high quality youtube live video at the same time, 90% you'll see choppy videos. 2. Mr. FongJeng Kum tells exactly the truth.3. The interface doesn't exactly fit 2-camera split.4. Can i know the model of your laptop?
