Hi,I just received my new RLC-420 and it's running the latest firmware v2.0.0.889_17083000, but I am getting the CPU performance which is constantly at 100%.Why is that?Selection_014.jpg
Several people are accessing the camera at the same time? Or you are accessing it from multiple ends?
Hi Bob,Nope, only me myself is accessing it.
Please go to this interface to make sure only you are accessing the camera:Online-user-quanitity.png
Hi Bob,It has gone away after I performed a reboot.
I'm seeing this now too, the cam has been in operation for at least a year and has always seemed to work well save for the few minor stream flickering issues that I attribute to standard packet loss or latency. I don't like to see any device hitting 100% CPU when I'm only logged in once via web/Reolink app. I've got several other 410s units but this is my only 420, all the other 410s units run around 15% CPU regardless of logins. I have gone through each config screen and the settings are identical except for the ones that don't exist such as nothing for "more distinct OSD" that the 420 doesn't have. Why is this thing running hot? I have rebooted but see no change, the CPU is always pegged. Is there anything I can show you guys, like a diagnostic dump of the config, that you can review to see what I'm doing wrong?I have even stopped grabbing the stream with the DVR software, ensured that there is no recording or motion detection running on the camera, but it still runs at 100% CPU consistently.Second and unrelated question, is there any way to query these cameras with SNMP?Thanks for any help in advance!100percent.png
Have you set the RLC-420 record to your PC? You can disable UID in Advanced Network interface via Reolink Client and see if the CPU loading returns to the normal value. If the problem still exists, please send an email to support@reolink.com, our support team will check it for you soon. Thanks.
