Re: Connection failedIOS 18 iPhone 14 Pro and cannot view any camera or my NVR. I have already reset my NVR and deleted and reinstalled the app twice. Still cannot view my cameras on my new iPhone 14 using IOS 18. It can see the devices on the LAN now but always says “Connection Failed” It does not matter if I use the QR code, manual or LAN selection. Please fix this.
Wife has a new 16 Pro w/iOS18 and I got her logged-in and working just fine.
I bought a new Iphone 16 pro max, have IOS18 on it, all data transfered from my old iphone 11.no more possible to see my cams insife of my home network. If I`m outside and using mobile provider, it works.inside at home using WLAN, all cams are not reacheble.I reinstalled reolink app, i deleted wlan connection and re installed it too.no way. From my point of view it is a real reolink issue, because my mobile has 380MBit/s Wlan data rate.Access of all other apps are fine.
I had the same problem. iPhone 16 pro max, IOS 18. After the transfer from old phone to new one Reolink app would not connect to NVR.Here is what solved the issue: go to settings->Apps->Reolink. Turn off and then on "Local Network". Then restart iPhone.
Now I have my own iPhone 16 Pro and it too works with Reolink cams/NVR.Might be a shot in the dark, but I observe that Apple has under Settings > Wi-Fi, and then touch (i) Info on your SSID and there's a "Private Wi-Fi Address" setting. Mine is set to Fixed and it works, maybe other settings do not.
