Updating firmware - active timelapse

I have a long running timelapse on a camera that there is a firmware update for.

Will upgrading the firmware have any effect on the timelapse?

The firmware update log should let you know what changes are included. I wouldnt have thought they would have removed time lapse, and normally there shouldnt be anything removed unless its stated in the update details. 'Normally'...

sorry, let me rephrase.

I'm not concerned that the functionality will be still there or not. But that I have a timelapse currently recording, and I am keen for it to continue so wanting to check that upgrading won't stop the active timelapse being recorded.

@luke_537322793328769 Technically the upgrade of the fw will not change any setting unless you don't tag reset config parameter. However, this has to be confirmed by supplier. Email support.
