No online firmware updates D340P ???

Why are there no online firmware updates available for the Reolink so called " offline" versions D340P and D340W? I am getting tired to contact everytime support to ask if there is a firmware update availble. Reolink self mentioned it is very important to stay up to date for security reasons. It is an offical Reolink camera so i think updates should be available online an not through support!

Open the Download Firmware web page at reolink.com(slash)download-center
Click on the blue prompt "choose your device from the list +"
Doorbell models are listed by name (not by model number).

Use the Reolink App or Client to determine which specific hardware version you have and select it from the Drop-Down menu.

@crimp-on_62210811129 I know that's the version for the D340P but wanted him to provide. This is the Doorbell V1 with 64GB SD. I cannot understand why they assign a different model number. More confusion.

@crimp-on_62210811129 My hardware version isDB_566128M5MP_P The Reolink Video doorbell POE is not the same as the D340P. Firmware you mentioned can be dowloaded but can not install on D340P.  These are 2 different models.

@smiles_891607800037615 This is the most recent file Reolink_Video_Doorbell_PoE_v30041102410111120_DB_566128M5MP_P.zip for your hw. You need to unzip it to extract the .pak file.
