Can't get to the download button on the download screen, it doesn't fit on my 1920 x 1080 display. And there's no way to resize or move the download screen to get the download button to show so I can't download any videos.
@john_350143387672724 Our Client can adapt to the 1920*1080 resolution. You can check if you have changed the Computer Setting<Display setting<Scale and layout on your computer. We recommend the scale and layout set to 100%.
That's it, it's set for 125%. I'm not going to be able to change it because I need it to stay at that. Your software is the only one I have problems with. I've already uninstalled the 8.4.0 version and reverted to and earlier version. So I'm able to download now an I'm going to stay on your old version of the client software. Its strange that its the only the "download" window that's effective and not the main window. Something still doesn't seem to be scaling properly.
@john_350143387672724 Thank you for your feedback. We will record down your problem and forward it to the team for improvement.
How do you access the Duo features? I have a Duo POE with another one coming and I can't access these new features on the Windows 8.4.0 and now I have updated to Windows - 220.127.116.11 and still can't access these features. My NVR is the RLN16-410, Hw .No H3MB18, Fw version - V18.104.22.168_21100910.Does this have anything to do with not being able to access these new features. I have rebooted both the computer and NVR and nothing has changed.

@kenny_293381041021103 "Sync Brightness" feature can be used only when it works as a standalone camera. When connected to the NVR, it doesn't have this feature now. We will update this feature in the next NVR version. If you want to use this feature, you can connect the camera as a standalone camera.
