Hey follks, I just got my preordered duo lens! I can only see one lens, is anyone else having this issue? The other supposed lens input on the duo lens camera says Video loss.

Do you connect the DUO to the NVR? If so, what's your NVR version? Only the hardware version H3MB18, N2MB02, or N3MB01 work with the DUO camera.

If your NVR works with the DUO, please try to upgrade the firmware of the NVR to the latest. You can download the latest firmware on our download center, Download Center – Reolink.

The same with me, only one camera is running on the NVR (RLN16-410 / HR-Nr: H3MB18) What are the possible solutions?

          Best regards

You need to view the two channels in the muti-view. Just like the following picture shows.

This is what your website states.
                  Note:
                  1. It is just a firmware for NVR.
                  2. If your NVR's model number is not RLN16-410 with hardware version H3MB02, please wait for the new firmware release.

You're contradicting your own website and it's 5 months later. You need to get yourself together.

@jihouni20 Hi there, do you connect the DUO to the NVR or work as a standalone? What's the system information of your DUO?

If you connect it to the NVR, what's the system information of your NVR? You can tell me more about your situation.
