      Hi Reolink

      I bought a new camera from you on the 22nd of November, but the camera never arrived to me in New Zealand. It was transferred to the airline on the 27th of November, and then disappeared. I have tried to contact you via support but keep being told to wait 3-5 working days and see if there has been any updates, but there never are any. At one point I was promised a replacement would be sent, but this never happened either (instead I was told to wait another 3-5 days while someone contacted the airline!). Please help me.

              @reolink-fiona Thanks for replying, unfortunately I have still not had anything done about this. Your customer support people don't seem to have any way to resolve this and have no idea where my order went. They just keep telling me to be patient and wait Unfortunately being patient doesn't help when I needed the camera a week ago and am now looking at having to purchase another one. Your support people even had the nerve to offer me a lousy 5% discount if I bought one from Reolink.

              As I have repeatedly told the support people, NZ Post have told me that as far as they are concerned the package has never entered New Zealand. So based on the below information it has been with the airline for 3 weeks.

              Unless you have a better suggestion I guess the only way to solve the problem is to raise a dispute with [censored] and try and get my money back?

                Thank you for your reply. I have talked to the RMA team. They have known about your problem and request. You can wait for the updated email. We will offer you the best solution.
