          @reolink-fiona sucks.

          It doesn't matter if it's on WiFi or 5G or 3G it connects when it wants to. Now my wireless Amcrest connects 100% of the time. There both on the same WiFi network so there is no other excuse other than that Reolink sucks... never will purchase this brand again...

            (1) Can you tell me what's your camera model?

            (2) You can check if the router port or firewall blocks the camera's internet connection. Find more information in this article, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039401593-Login-Failed-when-remotely-Accessing-Reolink-IP-Cameras.

            (3) Upgrade your camera to the latest firmware. You can find the latest firmware on our download center.
