Why have you removed the ability to log into the E1 Pro UI and set a fixed IP on the device? I know it used to exist as I have an E1 Pro with a fixed IP that I set up a long time ago.

Hi, for the indoor wifi camera, only the E1 Zoom support browser access now. You can try to access the E1 Pro via the APP/Client. App & Client - Reolink -
@reolink-fiona Yes I know all that, but I was asking why? Why are you removing features that we once had?

E1 Pro also doesn't support the web browser before. Have you updated your firmware before? -
@reolink-fiona I thought I must have done, because the app doesn't have the option to set up a static IP for a camera, and I didn't have the Windows client at the time. Also I have seen other posts on reddit etc commenting it seems to have gone. It still supports ONVIF doesn't it?

The E1 pro supports ONVIF and sets up the static IP address. I have confirmed with our engineer that the E1 Pro doesn't support the web browser from the time it was released. Only the E1 Zoom among the E1 indoor series supports web browser access.
You can try to set up the static IP address via the PC Client. Here is an article for setting up the IP address, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000628166-How-to-change-camera-s-IP-Address-to-static-IP-address-via-Reolink-Client-New-Client-?source=search. You can have a look. -
