@brazoayeye_545249048760515 Is it a Windows PC you're trying to connect the camera directly to? Do you have router software running on it? Or are you/ have you given pc and camera a static IP on the same subnet?

RE: Camera 2 way audio feature request - Separate alarm from 2 way audio
@reolink-fiona Also I'd like to be able to listen to live audio from the camera without first being sent to a separate page in the app to turn on audio recording. Why can't they be two separate options?

RE: New Version of the Firmware Download Center Available!
@reolink-fiona Can you please include the latest firmware for the E1 outdoor? Any reason why this has been left out from the drop down list?
Ditto.

RE: Lumus not compatible with Google Home?
@reolink-fiona With the help of support staff suggesting things to try I discovered by trial and error that Lumus cameras allow you to set them with a Static IP, but if you do that, then they cannot work with Google Home. It works ok if you reserve their IP on the router, but leave the cameras as DHCP. This differs from the other cameras in that the battery cameras do not allow you to set a Static IP in the app or client anyway so you can't make that mistake with those - and the others powered cameras such as the E1 range do work with Google when they have a Static IP. I think the difference is that the E1 range offer RTSP ports. So Lumus is kind of caught in the middle. It may make more sense to disable the Static IP setting for Lumus in the app and client.
Besides not working with Google, Lumus also cannot be accessed remotely via the app when it has a Static IP set -

@talay-fidge_272018732716169 Apparently they don't know yet. Something upset the manufacturing plans I think.

RE: Lumus not compatible with Google Home?
@reolink-fiona I have enabled all my other types of cameras that appear on my app and therefore are connected to my account. Just the 3 Lumus ones that report "Operation failed" each time. The help pages did not make any difference. Except one part says make sure he camera is connected to the internet. I know the camera is connected to my wifi but I have no way of knowing if it connects outside to the internet

Lumus not compatible with Google Home?
I have E1 pro and E1 outdoor and Argus 2 and Argus 3 connected to Google Home, but my 3 Lumuses fail every time when I try to enable. They are not on the list of excluded cameras for this purpose. Is that an oversight in the documentation?

RE: Follow up of the Reolink New Products: Doorbell, 36 Channel NVR, RLC-823A 16X, and more
@john_331308778770565 I am guessing it will be a barrel connector or even just the thin bell wire

RE: Smart 5MP Reolink Video Doorbell with Chime Now Open for Trial!
Can you pair with more than one Reolink chime? Also does the chime function depend on the cloud connection being up, or can it work locally over LAN wifi?
