Hello! Is it possible to setup default live view quality to fluent in windows client? I know it is possible to manually change it, but the client does not save the setting. Thanks 🙏

The default stream mode is mostly set to be balanced mode now. Because many users set the stream mode to be clear mode, this may cause the video to freeze if the network is not that good. You can manually change the stream mode if you want to view in fluent mode.😊

@barry-williams_345505535451286 Hi Barry, for the latest PC Client, v8.7.1, it is default balanced mode in order to make the view smooth. We will continue to collect your feedback and then we will evaluate the best solution for the default stream mode. Thank you for your understanding.

              English:
Forcing the stream mode to a medium resolution is a big problem. I value a high image quality. If I switch from a single window camera view to a nine window camera view, I have to switch the individual cameras nine times to a better resolution.
And that's only because individual software users have a weaker network.
Can't you leave it up to the individual users via an option whether they want to use this automatic function (the poorer resolution). Or whether you can set basically a better resolution (forced)? You can flank this slide switch with an info window that indicates the possible influence (e.g. "switch off if the network is weak"). Restricting the quality options for users of your cameras cannot be in the interest of your customers.

                  Hello,

i do also find it not really smart to always change the quality back to default. just give us the option to chose, please! i really hate it to change the quality EVERY SINGLE TIME for every camera separately when i start the software.

hope for a fast solution on that topic.

                  BR
