Reolink GO - 30 day storage maximum??

I have 2 x Reolink GO both with 32GB SD Cards in them.

I downloaded the footage only to find they have retained only the last 30 days even though they have ~20GB of unused SD card space!

Why would it not keep footage until the SD cards were full?? I have now lost weeks of footage.

Nowhere on the product page or specs does it detail this woeful limitation.
