Remote access lost

Hello, I have 2 E1 outdoor which I am very happy with. the 2 cameras are wired. Recently, 1 of the 2 cameras was no longer visible from a distance. Locally, no problem. I deleted the camera and recreated it and everything was fine again. But today again no more remote access to this camera. Can anyone help me? Thank you.
