Hi,I don't know if it belongs here but I would like to ask. I have a virtual Win 10 pro where the software from reolink is still running. After 5 days, the SW cuts and there is only a black screen. Then I have to turn the SW off and on.Any advice on that?Marek.
Im getting the Black screen constantly too, on Win 10 pro. I had the opportunity to do a full install of windows 10 and it still occurs.I can get this to happen 100% of the time when playing back videos .If I'm using play back and jump to different times around 5 times the screen goers black.I have also found since the last update, on my Google pixel phone if i leave the client open for a period of time it crashes after around 15-20 of being left open.
Yeah, so many users are having this problem and Reolink claim they will have it fixed in 8.8.*.
