It would be good if you could add another user and then when they are home connected to the network, particular cameras are not accessible for live stream.

Basically I have installed RLK8-410B2D2 inside and outside the home, the main purpose for the internal cams is to see our indoor cats when we are at work.

However it's also a bit weird that one of us could potentially look in on one another when the other is not home.

It would be a cool feature that would be really useful.

      Scenario....

Both users out of the house = All cams accessible and recording.
One user home = If selected, recording and live stream for particular cams eg: internal ones can be set to be non accessible.
Both users home = Normal or restricted depending on what you want.

please add this also for argus! a combination from this option and time based recording would be a highlight.

Thanks Bob, it would be SUPER USEFUL if possible.

I think other users would vote in favour of this idea too, especially if they use it in their home. People may be more inclined to buy more cameras and put in areas of the home they have avoided up until now.

It'd really make Reolink stand out from the rest and you'd be able to play on the fact that you are offering a SMART home security setup that works for the user. Other systems are currently doing this in other areas such as security alarms etc. They active when both users have left the house. It just makes living with reolink much easier and more convenient.

It would also be nice if the app provided a toggle to turn off motion detection for each camera and a toggle for all cameras.

Oh, yes! I really like the cameras but, like the poster above, I have an internal and an external, and the fact that when I'm in they are always sending me notifications and recordings is super annoying. I can't believe there is not a simple toggle switch that disables any rule regarding motion detection alerts.

I can understand the idea of a schedule, but what if I'm on holiday for a day, and at home during time I'd normally have the motion detection on? I'd rather not have to delete any rules I have in place and then recreate them everytime I want to turn off motion detection and recording! Just a simple toggle beside each camera in the Reolink mobile app which allows me to switch off {or on) motion detection for that camera would be perfect - then any rules I have set up regarding recording would only come into effect when I've toggled on the motion detection.

It's so irritating that I'm considering switching to a different brand of camera, which I'd really rather not do.

Actually, the only way currently to stop this from happening is to turn the internal camera off
